CCORAV – High Viterbese Fruit and Vegetable Cooperative Consortium
CCORAV is an agricultural producers’ organization operating between Lake Bolsena, Tuscany, and Upper Lazio. It is a second-degree associative body that brings together four primary agricultural cooperatives.
Main Activities
CCORAV is involved in the production, processing, and marketing of fruit and vegetable products, with particular attention to the Patata dell’Alta Tuscia, protected by the following trademarks:
- “Tuscia Viterbese”
- “Patata Italiana Sistema UNAPA” (certified by ACCREDIA)
It also manages products with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), such as:
- Patata dell’Alto Viterbese PGI
- Onano Lentil PGI

Processing and Marketing Center
CCORAV manages a processing, storage, and marketing center in Grotte di Castro, which has recently come back under the control of the producers after thirty years. This center is essential for packaging and distribution activities, both for direct sales and for the Large-Scale Retail Trade (GDO).
